JCH Photography Terms & Conditions

These are our terms and conditions. Please read them with care.

We endeavour to ensure that all our customers have complete satisfaction no matter what their requirements are. It should, however, be understood that all orders are accepted on the following conditions:

Delivery
All orders placed are delivered free of charge to addresses in mainland UK.
However, overseas orders will be subject to an additional postal charge. Please contact JCH Photography with details.

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 21 days. If delivery is going to be longer than 21 days, we will contact you to explain why and give you a new despatch date. If the delay is unacceptable to you, then you have the right to cancel the order with a refund.

Canvas deliveries have to be signed for. You may specify an alternative delivery address to your home address if this is easier for you.

All goods delivered by carrier, must be checked prior to signature, or signed as un-checked, as no claim will be accepted at a later date. If goods are damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged goods on delivery must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds on photos cannot usually be given other than damage which has occurred during delivery, where a full replacement will be arranged. However we want to make sure you are completely satisfied, so if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
This does not effect your statutory consumer rights.

Payment Options
We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and American Express. Transactions are processed securely online through Paypal.

All card payments are processed immediately your order is placed.

We also accept cheques/postal orders made out in British sterling and drawn on UK banks or the Post Office.

Overseas enquiries, please contact us with your request.

Credit card security

All Credit card and Debit card transactions are conducted securely by Paypal. We keep no record of your details.

Data Protection & Privacy Statement
All our customer records are kept on a secure and separate computer system and under no circumstances will any information be divulged to any third party.

We collect information specifically relating to your order only at the time of ordering or registering as a new customer. This information is collected by the use of cookies, therefore cookies must be enabled on your browser to enable the ordering process to function correctly.

Cookies are used for the information of JCH Photography only and only for order processing purposes.

We will use your details for fraud prevention purposes. We will check your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.
